Ian is the National Leader of Deloitte's Corporate Finance division and has over 25 years experience advising private and publicly listed organisations in Australia and overseas. Ian works alongside senior client executives to deliver IPOs, acquisitions/divestments and corporate restructuring projects. Under Ian's leadership, Deloitte Australia has advised on some of Australia's most prominent IPOs of the last few years including Dyno Nobel, Boart Longyear, Salmat, Primary Healthcare, Hastie and SAI Global.
