Jodi is the Workplace Relations Manager at the Mounties Group, Australia's most profitable and progressive Registered Club, comprising Mounties, Harbord Diggers, Fairfield Bowling Club and Manly Bowling Club. Under Jodi's leadership, Mounties has received many accolades in following recognition for its Human Resources Practices, such as the AHRI Award for Excellence in People Management (NSW) 2004 and 2005 and most recently the 2007 AHRI Leadership Award.
