Phillip Ryan is the Industrial Relations Manager for the Australian Hotels Association (NSW). Ryan manages a team of advocates who provide day-to-day industrial and employment related advice and representation to over 1600 member hotels, ranging from country pubs through to five star hotels. Ryan plays a key role in AHA (NSW) Industrial Relations Policy and National AHA Industrial Relations Policy.
