Elizabeth Ferrier

Elizabeth Ferrier is a senior associate in the Employee Relations Group in the Sydney office of Freehills. She advises clients in a range of industries including financial services, health care, media, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing. Elizabeth focuses on finding practical and commercial solutions to complex legal issues, by ensuring that she gains an understanding of a business key drivers and cultural issues, in order to develop outcomes that are able to be integrated into the organisation.

Elizabeths experience in medical and pharmaceutical industries has involved advising employers in relation to highly qualified and specialised employees in a range of employment-related disputes. She has recently been involved in advising clients regarding their strategic IR and HR responses to the Federal Governments Forward with Fairness industrial relations legislation.
