Ken Preshaw is Licensing Executive for Intellectual Property Licensing and Asset Commercialization (IP&AC) for IBM in A/NZ . In this role, he is responsible for all activities relating to protecting and commercialising IBMs IP within Australia and New Zealand, including; Promoting awareness, knowledge and understanding of IP&AC and its benefits throughout the IBMA community; Preparation of value propositions and facilitation of the preparation and negotiation of license agreements & IP asset deals; Pricing approvals for all IBM IP assets; Ensuring IBM protects its IP in all A/NZ deals.
